This is sort of like a version of Beef Stroganoff, but it is a very simple recipe. Traditionally, this is served over mashed potatoes. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 (12 ounce) bottle beef gravy |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and drain. 2. Mix all ingredients together in a pan and heat through. 3. Serve over mashed potatoes. |
