Great recipe for the family, doesn't take long to make. You can cook it with the biscuits on top, or you can cook them separately just use it like a gravy. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can biscuits |
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 cup chopped onion |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (your choice) or 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (your choice) |
1/4 cup milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup ketchup |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Brown hamburger and onions. Combine softened cream cheese, soup, and milk. Combine browned hamburger and onions to mixture, add ketchup and salt. 3. Mix well together and pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Place biscuits on top and bake until biscuits are done. |
