Fun recipe for kids to make. Ingredients:
40 vanilla wafers |
20 thin mint cookies |
1/2 cup green icing |
1/2 cup red icing |
1/2 cup yellow icing |
Directions:
1. Place icing into cake decorating tubes for easy use.
2. Squeeze a little green, red and yello icing around edges of thin mint cookie.
3. Put one vanilla wafer on top and one on bottom of the thin mint cookie so icing hangs out on edges.
