Fast, filling and very tasty. Ingredients:
1 lb ground round, browned and drained |
8 cups beef broth |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained |
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed |
3 medium carrots, sliced |
1 cup shredded cabbage |
1 large onion, chopped |
1/4 cup dried parsley |
1 -2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram |
1/2 teaspoon celery seed |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2-1 cup velveeta cheese, cubed |
1 1/2 cups macaroni |
Directions:
1. Brown ground round and drain. 2. Put ground round and the next 12 ingredients into a soup pot. 3. Cook til veggies are tender. 4. Add macaroni and cook til tender. 5. Add cheese and cook til melted. |
