A different, but good sounding cheese ball! Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger |
1/4 c. onion, chopped |
1/4 c. bread crumbs |
1 egg |
1/4 tsp. salt |
1 can cheddar cheese soup |
2 tbsp. parsley flakes |
1/2 c. water |
Directions:
1. Combine hamburger, egg, salt, onion and crumbs. Shape into 16 to 20 balls. Brown. Drain off fat. Pour in soup, water and parsley. Simmer for 20 minutes. |
