Quick, easy and a favorite with kids Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (16 ounce) package tater tots |
2 lbs ground beef or 2 lbs veggie crumbles |
1 lb cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef. 2. Add cream of mushroom soup to ground beef. 3. Spread on the bottom of a casserole dish. 4. Cover with grated cheddar cheese. 5. Cover cheese and ground beef with one layer of tater tots. 6. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. 7. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before eating. |
