This a quick to fix casserole that my family loves. Most kids like this casserole - even the picky ones like my Granddaughter. I serve this with a crusty bread and a salad. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 cup onion, diced |
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup |
3 ounces cream cheese, cubed |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
6 ounces wide egg noodles |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles according to package directions. 2. Saute ground beef and onions. Add Tomato soup, cream cheese, sugar, and Worchestershire sauce to meat. Simmer 15 minutes. 3. Mix together with cooked noodles, pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake in oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
