Hamburger and Three Bean Casserole |

This one is great for pot-luck dinners or anytime you need to feed a large group as it serves about 24. Ingredients:
1 lb bacon, cut into pieces |
2 lbs ground beef |
2 cups onions, chopped |
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce |
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
4 teaspoons vinegar |
2 tablespoons garlic, dry,flaked |
2 (16 ounce) cans lima beans, with liquid |
2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans, with liquid |
2 (16 ounce) cans pork and beans, with liquid |
Directions:
1. Brown bacon, hamburger and onions, and drain off excess fat. 2. Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, dry mustard and garlic flakes; add to meat mixture and mix well. 3. Place in a buttered 6 quart baking container, and bake 1 hour at 350*F. |
