Simple, easy recipe I have been making for years...Do not remember where I got this recipe... Ingredients:
1 lb ground round |
1 onion, diced |
1 garlic clove, diced |
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup sour cream |
1 lb noodles, cooked and drained |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown hamburg with onion and garlic and mushrooms. 2. Drain off fat. 3. Add soup and sour cream, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes - do not let it boil. 4. Serve over hot noodles. |
