This is great cause if you have a hard time making the omelet work just right, it still tastes great all scrambled up. Ingredients:
1 cup cooked ham |
1 cup chopped tomato |
2 green onions with tops |
1 pinch oregano |
6 eggs |
3 tablespoons water |
3 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. For each omelet whisk together 2 eggs and 1 T. water, then season. 2. Over medium heat melt 1 tsp butter. 3. Pour in beaten eggs. 4. When cooking lift edges for uncooked egg to run underneath. 5. When fairly set place ham & vegetable mixture over omelet and fold in half and let stand for 1 minute. |
