Ingredients:
1/2 medium raw onion red
6 oz plain low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp parsley
2 serving dressing
1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 oz ham, sliced, regular
3 oz singles swiss 2% milk
2 cups romaine lettuce
1 medium apple apples
4 serving classic whole wheat tortillas
Directions:
1. wisk yogurt, parsley,honey mustard,salt and pepper in large bowl.
2. slowly drizzle in olive oiland 1 tbp water whisking until combined.
3. add the onion, ham, and cheese lettuce and apple toss to coat.
4. place mixture in wrap and roll
