1/2 medium raw onion red |
6 oz plain low-fat yogurt |
2 tbsp parsley |
2 serving dressing |
1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
4 oz ham, sliced, regular |
3 oz singles swiss 2% milk |
2 cups romaine lettuce |
1 medium apple apples |
4 serving classic whole wheat tortillas |
Directions:
1. wisk yogurt, parsley,honey mustard,salt and pepper in large bowl. 2. slowly drizzle in olive oiland 1 tbp water whisking until combined. 3. add the onion, ham, and cheese lettuce and apple toss to coat. 4. place mixture in wrap and roll |
