Another delicious way to serve mushrooms!! PGG Ingredients:
24 fresh medium mushrooms |
1/4c chopped green onions |
3t butter |
2tsp all-purpose flour |
1/2tsp dried marjoram, crushed |
1/4c dry white wine |
1/2c finely chopped fully cooked ham |
1t snipped parsley |
Directions:
1. Remove stems from mushrooms, reserving caps; chop stems. 2. Cook stems and green onion in 1T butter till just tender. Blend in flour, marjoram, and a dash of pepper; add wine. 3. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly; stir in ham and parsley. 4. Stuff mushroom caps with ham mixture. 5. Preheat both sides of grill on HIGH for ten minutes. 6. Place mushrooms on 20 x 18 inch piece of heavy foil. 7. Dot with remaining butter; seal packet securely. 8. Turn both sides of grill to MEDIUM; place packet on cooking grids. Close hood and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. |
