Ham Salad With Cheese and Veggies

I love eating fresh veggies and add them to anything I can. The veggies and cheese also help stretch the amount of ham salad, which is a good thing because it's so yummy! :-)
Ingredients:
2 cups ham
1 cup 2% sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3 stalks celery, roughly chopped
4 baby carrots
1/4 cup onion, roughly chopped
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Combine everything except the mayo in a food processor.
2. Pulse until finely chopped.
3. Transfer to a large bowl and fold in the mayo.
4. Serve on sliced whole wheat bread.
