Ham Salad With Cheese and Veggies |

I love eating fresh veggies and add them to anything I can. The veggies and cheese also help stretch the amount of ham salad, which is a good thing because it's so yummy! :-) Ingredients:
2 cups ham |
1 cup 2% sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
3 stalks celery, roughly chopped |
4 baby carrots |
1/4 cup onion, roughly chopped |
1/3 cup light mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Combine everything except the mayo in a food processor. 2. Pulse until finely chopped. 3. Transfer to a large bowl and fold in the mayo. 4. Serve on sliced whole wheat bread. |
