Low Carb spirals from my favorite Low Carb Recipe cookbook. Ingredients:
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon dried dill |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 dash black pepper |
1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage |
1/2 cup chopped broccoli |
8 slices provolone cheese |
8 slices ham |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl stir together mayonaise, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper. Add cabbage and broccoli: toss to coat. Cover and chill for 1 to 4 hours. 2. Place a cheese slice on top of each ham slice. Spoon about 2 tablespoons cabbage mixture onto center of each cheese slice. Roll up: secure with toothpicks. |
