HAM ROLLUPS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Printey Estate in Forney, Texas in 2001. Ingredients:
1 packet flour tortillas |
16 ounces cream cheese softened |
2 tablespoons green onion chopped |
1/4 cup black olives |
2 packets sliced pressed cooked ham |
Directions:
1. Remove tortillas from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes. 2. Combine cream cheese, onions and olives then spread thin layer of mixture in each tortilla. 3. Arrange four ham slices over cheese. 4. Tightly roll up each tortilla and wrap individual rolls in plastic wrap and chill overnight. 5. To serve cut into diagonal slices. |
