Easy, delish appetizer. Can make the day before. Ingredients:
1 lb sliced boiled ham (lunch meat) |
1 (6 ounce) container cream cheese |
4 -5 green onions |
Directions:
1. Lay the ham out on a large cutting board, single layer. Pat dry w/paper towel. 2. Spread about a tablespoon cream cheese on each slice. 3. Place a thin slice of green onion (only the green part) on each slice of ham. 4. Roll up jelly roll style. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Refridgerate overnight. Insert toothpick in each. |
