Ham Roll Ups

Found in a weekly magazine, makes a nice weekend snack.
Ingredients:
6 slices white bread
6 slices deli ham
1 cup grated cheese
1 small onion, grated
1 egg
Directions:
1. Mix together onion, cheese, egg and roughly chopped ham in a bowl.
2. Cut crusts from bread, spread mixture over bread slices to within 1 of one edge.
3. Roll up to uncovered edge and press.
4. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes until crisp and golden.
5. Turn once during cooking.
