Ashley Ingredients:
1 (7 ounce) package thin spaghetti |
8 mushrooms, sliced |
1 onion, sliced |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
2 cups milk |
2 cups cubed ham |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas |
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti in salted water for 2 minutes less than the time recommended on package. Saute mushrooms and onion in butter until soft. Stir in flour, bouillon, salt and pepper. Gently stir in milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in ham, peas and spaghetti. Allow to cool. Place in gallon freezer bag. Label and freeze. To serve: Thaw. Heat until hot throughout (350 for 30 min approx.). |
