Ingredients:
1 pound(s) precooked ham ground |
1 1/2 pound(s) pork ground |
2 cup(s) dry bread cumbs |
2 eggs |
1 1/2 cup(s) milk |
Directions:
1. Mix and roll into meat loof shape, 1 serving each. Pour on sauce and bake. 2. Sauce: 1 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1/2 cup brown vinegar, 1/2 cup water. Mix, heat and pour over loofs. Bake 1 1/2 hour at 300 degrees. |
