Takes a bit of time to build them, but great for a large gathering. Get some help!! Ingredients:
30 lbs ground ham |
10 lbs ground beef |
10 lbs ground pork |
40 eggs |
20 cups oatmeal |
20 cups milk |
2 tablespoons pepper |
10 cups brown sugar |
3 cups vinegar |
3 cups water |
6 teaspoons dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Mix and shape into 200 individual loaves. 2. Bake at 325°F degrees for 2 hours. 3. For Glaze: Bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes. 4. Baste ham loaves with glaze. 5. Return to oven and bake 1/2 hour more. |
