Ham Loaf with Mustard Glaze |

My grandmother's recipe. A great way to use left over ham. Ingredients:
1 lb ground ham |
1 lb ground pork |
1 1/2 cups corn flakes |
1 cup milk |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 cup vinegar |
Directions:
1. Crush cornflakes and mix together with ham and pork. 2. Add milk and eggs. 3. Pat into loaf pan. 4. Mix together sugar, mustard, and vinegar. 5. Pour over loaf. 6. Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently with pan juices. |
