What an easy recipe for beginning and busy cooks. A keeper! =) Ingredients:
1 -3 lb fully cooked boneless ham |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon ground cloves |
1 (16 ounce) can pineapple slices |
Directions:
1. Place ham in crock pot. 2. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. 3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and ground cloves on top of ham. 4. Pour can of pineapple slices and juice on top. 5. Cover and cook on low for an additional two hours. |
