Ham, Hard Salami and Provolone Hoagie |

My replica of the Little King's #2 sandwich! Ingredients:
1 hoagie roll |
2 slices deli ham |
2 slices hard salami |
1 slice provolone cheese |
1/4 cup shredded lettuce |
1/16 cup fresh onion |
1 teaspoon basil |
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil |
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar |
1 dash salt |
1 dash ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut open the hoagie bun length-wise. 2. Lay down the ham, salami and cheese on the top bun. 3. Add shredded lettuce to bottom bun, top with onions, basil, EVOO, vinegar, salt and pepper. 4. Close the bun! |
