Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) can flaked ham |
2 teaspoons dried chives |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
chopped parsley |
Directions:
1. Beat or mash cheese and ham together until blended. 2. Add chives, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce. 3. Shape into a ball, chilling first if necessary. 4. If too soft, shape into mound on plate. 5. Roll in parsley. 6. Chill. 7. Serve with crackers or chips. 8. Makes 21/2 cups. 9. Ham Roll Canapes: Form into a roll. 10. Make roll smaller in diameter than ypur favorite round crackers. 11. To serve, place thin slices on crackers, or use as a spread. |
