I take this to potlucks alot as hubby does not care for cooked cabbage....have given the recipe to several Ingredients:
1 head cabbage, chopped |
2 celery ribs, chopped |
15 ounces cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
1 -2 cup ham, diced |
6 -8 slices velveeta cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook cabbage and celery in small amount of water till tender-crisp. 2. Add soup and ham. 3. Place in greased 9x13 casserole. 4. Top with cheese slices. 5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. |
