Ham, Broccoli, Cheese Quiche |

Had to use up that leftover ham from christmas! Be careful with the salt, ham can be very salty. If yours isn't I would add a little. Ingredients:
1 cup ham, diced |
2 cups broccoli, in florets (small head) |
1 1/2 cups cheese, shredded |
6 eggs |
1 cup whole milk (can use cream or evaporated milk too) |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
white pepper |
salt (optional) |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 375. 2. spray an 8x8 glass pan with non stick spray. 3. sprinkle raw broccoli, ham and cheese in, mixing them together. 4. whisk eggs with milk, dijon mustard and white pepper to taste. 5. pour over the ham/broccoli/cheese 6. bake for 35-40 minutes until set. 7. cool 10 minutes before cutting. |
