2 lbs ham, ground |
1 cup cracker crumb |
2 eggs |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon prepared mustard |
1 cup hot water |
Directions:
1. Mix the first four ingredients together and shape into balls. 2. Pour sauce over balls and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. 3. or in a crockpot for 2 to 3 hours on HIGH. 4. or 4 to 6 hours on LOW. |
