Gonna have to get over it though, 'casue I've loved these babies for a long, long time! Read more ! lol I know all of you will too if you're brave enough to try my balls. Ha! Ingredients:
1 lb ground smoked ham |
1 lb ground pork |
1 lb ground beef |
2-1/4 cups plain bread crumbs |
1-1/4 cups milk (at least 2%) |
3 eggs |
1-1/2 cups brown sugar |
1-1/2 cups water |
2 tsp. yellow mustard |
1/2 cup of vinegar |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F. 2. Mix up the first 8 ingredients together and mold them into 33 little balls and put them in a baking pan. 3. Mix up the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl and pour them over the balls. 4. Bake 'em at 350 for 2 to 2-1/2 hours basting every 15 minutes. (It's worth it I promise!) |
