Good for using leftover ham. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups baking mix |
6 ounces ham, finely chopped (3/4 cup) |
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1 tablespoon parsley flakes |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1/3 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Lightly grease a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 jelly roll pan. 3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. 4. Shape into 1 balls. 5. Place in pan. 6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. 7. Serve warm. |
