This makes an easy recipe to serve company or a quick weeknight meal. Ingredients:
1 lb ground ham |
1 lb ground beef |
2 cups breadcrumbs |
1 cup milk |
3 eggs |
1 cup vinegar |
1 cup water |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Mix ham, beef, bread crumbs, milk and eggs. Shape into balls. 2. Place into 9 X 13 inch baking dish. 3. For sauce, heat ingredients in pan and pour over meatballs. 4. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Baste occasionally. |
