This casserole is always a favorite at potlucks. goes great with rolls and tossed salad. Ingredients:
1 - 10 ounce pkg. yellow rice, cooked |
2 cups cooked ham (chopped in small chunks) |
2 cups chopped celery |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 large onion, finely chopped |
3 eggs |
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
1-2 cups crushed cornflakes |
sliced almonds |
Directions:
1. Mix first seven ingredients well. 2. spoon into greased casserole dish. 3. spread cream of mushroom soup evenly over top. 4. top with crushed cornflakes and sliced almonds. 5. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
