3 eggs |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon parsley, minced |
1 teaspoon chives, minced |
1 teaspoon pepper |
2 slices deli ham, sliced to fold over |
1 tomato, cut in 8ths top to bottom |
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. mix eggs and pepper parsley and chives. 2. in pan heat butter until melted. 3. add eggs. 4. cook until almost set. 5. alternate ham slices with tomatoes. 6. on half of omelet. 7. flip over top and sprinkle with cheese 8. cover for a minute while cheese melts. 9. slide onto plate. |
