This ham and three bean salad is easy to make and even easier to eat! It's great for Summer dishes, no cooking, and the kitchen stays nice and cool!!
Ingredients:
1 pound cooked ham, cut in bite-sized pieces
1 11-ounce can kidney beans, drained
1 8-ounce can cut green beans, drained
1 8-ounce can cut yellow beans, drained
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 small red onion, very thinly sliced in rings
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Combine ham and beans in large bowl; mix well.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; blend well.
3. Pour over ham mixture, and toss thoroughly.
4. Cover, and refrigerate until chilled, stirring occasionally.
5. The longer it marinates, the better it tastes!
6. Yield 4 to 6 servings.
