Pillsbury #209 Salads for Dinner p. 55 Ingredients:
2 cups cooked long-grain rice, cold |
2 cups cooked ham, diced |
4 ounces swiss cheese, diced (1 cup) |
1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon creamed horseradish |
2 teaspoons prepared mustard |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine cooked rice, ham, cheese and celery; toss to mix. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Pour over rice mixture; toss to coat. |
