Ham And Swiss W Honey Dijon Cheesecake

A classic combination in a different form. Eaten with bread or crackers, this is really a baked cheeseball. I feel the baking enhances the flavors.
Ingredients:
crust: 1/4 cup butter cracker crumbs
1 pound philly cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 large eggs
1/4 tea salt
1/4 black pepper
2 tbsp honey dijon mustard
1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded
3/4 cup ham, cooked, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325^.
2. Crust: Spray 6 spring-pan with cooking spray
3. Swirl crumbs around pan to dust sides and bottom evenly.
4. Set aside.
5. Filling: Blend cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
6. Add eggs one at a time.
7. Add salt and pepper, then mustard.
8. Fold in swiss cheese and ham.
9. Pour into prepared pan.
10. Bake at 325^ for 45-55 minutes.
11. Let cool and serve at room temp.
