1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
1/4 cup margarine |
1/4 cup flour |
1 1/2 milk |
1/2 cup sour cream |
2 cups cooked rice |
2 cups cubed cooked ham |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. saute peppers with butter in the skillet. 2. stir in flour slowly add milk stir. 3. bring to a boil. 4. stir until thickened. 5. reduce heat to low stir in sour cream until blended. 6. stir in remaining ingredients. 7. heat thoroughly. |
