Ham And Rice Au Gratin

This is Great for a different side dish instead of having the green bean dishes...we like with our Thanksgiving Turkey or Christmas Ham...
Ingredients:
2 cups rice cooked
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cups ham chopped cooked
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 cup green onions sliced
3 to 4 sliced then chopped japaleno peppers (i use the ones that are pickled in a jar..)
Directions:
1. Layer half the rice in a buttered 1-quart casserole; sprinkle with half the ham and half the green onions.
2. Combine sour cream and mustard; spread about half over the ham and onions.
3. Sprinkle with half the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 F for 10 minutes.
