This recipe is a favorite at my house. Ingredients:
4 cups diced potatoes (, 1/2-inch cubes) |
4 cups diced ham (, 1/2-inch cubes) |
1 cup whipping cream |
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded) |
3 teaspoons horseradish |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook cubed potatoes about 15 minutes. 2. Dice cooked ham. 3. Layer potatoes in a 9x13-inch baking dish, pepper and salt to taste. 4. Layer ham over potatoes. 5. Blend whipping cream, cheese and horseradish then spread mixture over the ham layer. 6. Bake 30 minutes at 350. |
