Ham and Pepper Mozzarella Pizzas

Ingredients:
4 thick slices ciabatta bread
1 red pepper, roasted and peeled
1 yellow pepper, roasted and peeled
4 slices parma ham, cut into strips
3 ounces mozzarella cheese
1 pinch black pepper
tiny fresh basil leaf, to garnish
Directions:
1. Lightly toast the bread on both sides until golden.
2. Cut the roast peppers in strips and arrange on the bread with the ham.
3. Thinly slice the mozzarella and arrange on top. Season to taste with pepper.
4. Place under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
5. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
