This is a great recipe of my mothers. It's a warm comfort food and a great way to use up leftover ham. Ingredients:
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained |
1 1/2 cups cubed ham |
2 tablespoons margarine |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
2/3 cup milk |
2 cups cooked noodles |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan brown mushrooms and ham in the margarine. Stir in the soup and milk and heat through, then add the noodles. Heat, stirring now and then. |
