Ham and Mushroom Meat Loaf |

From a 1930s hand written cookbook from Neligh Ne. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 cup mixed mushrooms, finely chopped |
1 lb smoked ham, ground |
4 tablespoons ketchup |
1 onion, minced |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup cracker crumb |
2 tablespoons catsup |
Directions:
1. Mix ground beef, mushrooms, ham, ketchup, onion, eggs, milk, pepper, salt, and cracker crumbs together; I think this step would be good in a food processor. 2. Place in greased loaf pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 90 minutes. After it has baked 30 minutes top with ketchup. 4. Finish baking. |
