Friends always aske me to bring a doubled recipe of this dip. It is easy, easy to garnish and really good with chips or crackers. I like it best with Sociables Ingredients:
1 8-oz package softened philly cream cheese, off brands do not do as well and the whipped does not do well for this dip either. |
1 package of buddig type ham-finely chopped |
3-4 green onion stalks - up to you how oniony you would like this - finely chopped |
Directions:
1. This step is important, you must whip the cream cheese first until fluffy.
2. Add ham and onion and mix completely with spoon
3. If I think this dip will be served with chips, add 1/2 tsp water until desired consitancy. This dip is very think once it is chilled.
4. Chill promply in your favorite dip dish and serve chilled
