Ham and Cranberry Cream Cheese Sandwiches |

Four ingredients become delicious holiday finger sandwiches with only a few minutes work. Ingredients:
1/2 cup tub-style cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce |
28 slices cinnamon-raisin bread, crusts removed (we tested with pepperidge farm) |
28 very thin slices smoked ham (1 1/4 pounds) |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese and cranberry sauce, stirring well. Spread a heaping teaspoon cream cheese mixture onto each bread slice. Top half of bread slices with 2 slices ham. Place remaining bread, cream cheese side down, onto ham. Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles using a sharp knife. |
