Recipe is from Betty Crocker. Ingredients:
2 cups original bisquick baking mix |
1 cup finely chopped cooked ham |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted |
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup) |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can green giant cream-style corn |
1 (11 ounce) can green giant mexicorn whole mexicorn whole kernel corn, drained |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F Spray 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. 2. In large bowl, mix ingredients. Pour into baking dish. 3. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Cut into squares. |
