Ham And Cheeze Egg Bake

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups shredded cheeze
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheeze
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
6 green onoins sliced
1 medium red pepper chopped
2 tbsp butter
1 3/4 cup fully cooked ham
1/4 cup flour
8 eggs
1 3/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine the cheeze
2. sprinkle into a 13x9 pan (Greased)
3. in a large skillet, saute the mushrooms, onions and red peppers in butter
4. stir in ham
5. spoon over the cheeze
6. In a bowl, combine the flour, eggs,milk , salt, pepper.
7. Pour over mixture, cover, and refriderate overnight
8. remove from the fridge 30 minutes before baking
9. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
10. let stand 5 mins
11. serve with crispy toast
