3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese |
3 ounces smoked ham, diced |
1/2 cup finely chopped stuffed olives |
1 dash hot pepper sauce (optional) |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
24 toast points |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine cheese, ham, olives and hot pepper sauce. Mix well. 2. In a small bowl, combine mayo and mustard. 3. Spread mayo mixture evenly over the toast points. 4. Spoon cheese mixture evenly on top. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and broil until cheese is melted and top is lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Serve warm. |
