This makes good use of you mini muffin tines. Ingredients:
3 ounces sliced fully cooked ham, chopped |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded (i also use cheddar) |
1 large egg |
1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
8 ounce package of refrigerated crescent rolls |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Combine the ham, onion, cheese, egg, mustard and pepper in a bowl. 3. Set aside. 4. Divide crescent dough into 24 portions. 5. Press into greased mini muffin cups. 6. Spoon 1 tablespoon ham mixture into each cup. 7. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes OR until golden. |
