Its all about the taste... Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
4 tablespoons flour |
2 cups milk |
1 cup shredded cheese |
4 cups diced potatoes |
1 cup diced ham |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes until tender. 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 3. Melt butter in skillet; blend in flour. 4. Add milk slowly; cooking over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. 5. Remove from heat; add cheese; stir till melted. 6. Layer potatoes and ham in a greased baking dish. 7. Pour cheese sauce over top. 8. Bake for 40 minutes. 9. Enjoy! |
