1 1/2 cups lean ham, cooked and chopped |
4 ounces 2% cheddar cheese, shredded (or swiss) |
1/4 cup diced onion |
1/2 cup reduced-fat baking mix |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 cup egg substitute |
1 cup skim milk |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. 2. Sprinkle ham, cheese, and onion in pie plate. 3. Combine Bisquick, pepper, and egg substitute until blended. 4. Pour mixture into pie plate. 5. Bake 35-40 minutes or until knif in center comes out clean. 6. Cool 5 minutes. |
