wonderful flavor and an impressive look all rolled into one Ingredients:
4 oz softened cream cheese |
3/4 cup milk |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
12 eggs |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 1/4 cups cheddar cheese divided |
2 cups finely chopped cooked ham |
1/2 cup thin sliced green onions |
Directions:
1. Line the bottom and sides of a greased 15x 10x1 inch pan with parchment paper 2. Grease the paper and set aside 3. In a small bowl mix the cream cheese and milk until smooth 4. Add flour and salt and mix well 5. In large bowl beat the eggs until blended 6. Add cream cheese mixture and blend well 7. Pour into prepared pan 8. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until eggs are puffed and set 9. Remove from oven 10. Immediately spread with mustard and sprinkle with 1 cup cheese 11. Sprinkle with ham, onions and 1 cup cheese 12. Roll up from short side, peeling parchment paper away while rolling 13. Sprinkle top of roll with remaining cheese 14. Bake 3-4 minutes longer or until cheese is melted 15. ENJOY!!! |
